yes, yesterday i did my first ever gig, at the Ampulance show. me and a friend did covers of a variety of genres. the crowd was VERY gracious, congratulating us and stuff, inspite of our fuckups..dunno why though.

missed The Sparkplugs, but Indiephone was awesome, so was the pasta. suprisingly, i didnt fuck up my parts as i did during practice. Mike Priest was fucking awesome!

as soon as i woke up today, reality hit me like a brick. tests, assignments and crappy people at college :(. anyways, im off to my books.

Vitek, drummer of Decapitated, passed away recently, due to injuries from an accident while on tour in Russia. This is really a big loss o the metal community, he was an amazing drummer, really talented. the entire weekend was shit, and to top it off, this had to happen, one of ours is taken from us. :(

i type this entry out in utter pain and partial loss of hearing...Desert rock fuking kicked ass yesterday! Mastodon, In Flames, The Prodigy and Iron maiden were intense! i got some nice pics of Mastodon and In flames, but The Prodigy were moving too much, and Iron maiden is hard to get pics of too..sigh..i recorded a few videos of them but apparently, the cam i was using needed the mic to be turned on separately?! wtf!! >.<

ok, this week pretty much sucked. i got kicked out of HR class yesterday for being 5 mins, which was not my fault...entirely. I finally convinced a classmate to jam with me on sunday..so yay!

well i dont know about you, but people still suck and my weekend is made...Frosties and instant pasta, here i come!

and a week has passed since college has started, and yet again, the subjects suck! the teachers are ok, but kinda boring after a while. and people have this annoying problem with my hair, my piercing, my clothing sense and anytime a girl hugs me...weird.

yesterday was Valentine's day, a pretty normal day like any other to me. I still dont understand why people glorify it, its just a commercial gimmick to benefit novelty-card makers, florists and confectioneries. to walk around looking at all these couples, which you only ever see on this one day, when 'love' should rather be expressed everyday, is really stupid. meh

atleast some good came out of the day, a gift from me to me, my desert rock ticket ^^ (eat your heart out chocolates and roses!)

well, the good news is im still bored, with one week left for college to re-open. the last week went like shit :)

my piercing hasnt healed yet, i suck at gunbound, and i think im getting a cold. the thoughts of growing my hair (second shot) seem all too unrealistic at the moment...sigh

after a really swell weekend (NOT!) and shitty last night, the only i get out of it is an ear piercing. everything else just really sucks. though a while back, i did watch a movie that i saw once before, a LONG time back, and wanted to see again because it was cool....strangely it wasnt as funny as it seemed the first time...wierd

so now that my holidays suck and will continue to do so for the next 2 weeks, i think im gonna go play some Gunbound :)

well, my exams just got over yesterday. which is a good thing. so its 18 days of laze and lethargy, or is it?...now my dad wants me to learn to cook *gah!* in preparation for the 25 days im goin to be home alone during summer *yay!*.

i jus watched the Killadelphia DVD (left, as you migh t've guessed) a while back, nothing like that daily dose of metal to kick start the day. i recommend this dvd to any metal fan, 2 hrs of pure metol!
